In a very small place far far away, high on a hilltop ridge overlooking two winding river valleys, there is a place of peace and tranquility, sunshine and vistas, ripening grapes and fruit-filled orchards.
High above the haste-paced hustle of the modern world is a cool haven of calm nature and days filled with warm golden sunshine.
This is a story about that place.
The Vision
Our vision for this historic villa, "Pristava Počakovo", is to create a place that is a warm and welcoming refuge from everyday stress and worldly woes.
A cozy space in nature where people can think, dance, imagine, create, breathe, walk, work and contribute to a better world all while enjoying fresh produce & local cuisine, friendly people and crisp clear mountain air.
